As a growing brand, each order is carefully prepared and packaged with intention to ensure quality and care.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 5–8 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.

Rutara operates on a weekend processing schedule:

  • Orders placed between Sunday (after 11am) and Friday (before 5pm) will be prepared and dispatched over the weekend.
  • Orders placed after Friday 5pm will be processed the following weekend.

You will receive a confirmation once your order has been prepared and dispatched.


Shipping & Delivery

We offer delivery within South Africa.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Major cities: 1–3 business days
  • Outlying areas: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.


Shipping Costs

  • Flat rate: R59 nationwide
  • Free shipping on all orders over R750

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you where available.


Delays

While we work with reliable courier partners, Rutara is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the courier. However, we will always assist in tracking your parcel and resolving any issues where possible.
